DUBAI: The Ukrainian delegation, set for a second round of talks with Russian officials, has arrived in the United Arab Emirates, the lead negotiator's spokesperson told AFP on Wednesday.
"Yes," said Diana Davtyan, a spokeswoman for Rustem Umerov, in response to a question on whether the delegation had arrived for the two-day talks in Abu Dhabi.
