ISLAMABAD: A premium airport meet-and-assist and concierge service has begun operations in Pakistan, offering travelers fast-track assistance, lounge access, luggage handling and pick-and-drop services.

The service is designed to support passengers from their arrival at the airport through to their onward journey, with pre-booking allowing travelers to arrange assistance in advance.

A dedicated host will receive passengers as they leave the aircraft and assist them with luggage and airport procedures. Travelers will also have access to an exclusive lane aimed at reducing waiting times and avoiding crowded passenger areas.

Talking to Pakistan TV Digital, Syed Aftab Ali Shah Gilani, Chief Operating Officer, said, “A separate track has been developed at Islamabad International Airport through which passengers can be facilitated easily and exclusively.

Depending on the package selected, the service will offer exclusive parking, luggage assistance, private lounge access, and transfers between vehicles and aircraft.

Guest Service Ambassador Rana Usman said the service would focus on ensuring a comfortable passenger experience.

“We will make sure that the journey of the customer remains relaxing and comfortable,” Usman told Pakistan TV Digital.

The hosts are dressed by Pakistani fashion designer Nomi Ansari, with the uniforms designed to reflect the country’s cultural identity.

While speaking to Pakistan TV Digital, team representative Kashif Malik said the uniforms "showcase nostalgia, royalty and Pakistan’s legacy."

The service aims to make traditional Pakistani hospitality a central part of the passenger experience, extending assistance from the airport to travelers’ onward journey.
