Israel’s Smotrich calls for renewed attacks on Beirut

Israel’s Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich said Hezbollah must not be allowed “to exploit” the situation to attack northern Israel, in a post on his social media.


“For every shot fired toward our territory, ten buildings will fall in Dahiyeh,” he said, referring to the southern suburbs of Beirut.




Israeli attack on Gaza’s Khan Younis kills two people

An Israeli air attack has killed two people in the al-Amal neighbourhood of Khan Younis, in southern Gaza, reported Al Jazeera.


Several injured people, including a child, were transported to Nasser Hospital.




Israeli troops storm several villages, towns in Nablus area

The Israeli military raided Beita, Awarta, Osarin, Aqrabah, and Beit Imrin in the north of the occupied West Bank, reported the Wafa news agency, citing local sources.


The army also raided and searched a home in Beit Imrin, while a group of Israeli settlers stormed an area on the outskirts of Beita.

US President Donald Trump has said that the peace deal between US and Iran is scheduled to get signed tomorrow, and the Strait of Hormuz would be “open for all” immediately after the signing ceremony. 


According to a post on his Truth Social account, the US President said that Washington’s relationship with Iran was “much different and better one than previous administrations have had.” 


“They no longer want a nuclear weapon, nor will they have one, either through purchase, development, or any other form of procuremen,” Trump  said. 


“We look forward to working with Iran, and the entire Middle East, long into the future,” he said, adding that hopefulyy the proves will all work out “quickly, easily, and smoothly.” 


“If it doesn’t, we have the ultimate alternative, hopefully never to be used again!”
