During the visit, Egyptian foreign minister will hold a tête-à-tête meeting and delegation-level talks with his Pakistani counterpart, Ishaq Dar, where both sides will review the full range of bilateral relations and exchange views on regional and international developments, including the situation in Gaza.

Both dignitaries is expected to reinforce Pakistan-Egypt cooperation and further advance the longstanding partnership between the two brotherly countries.

Last month, Pakistan and Egypt agreed to deepen economic and security cooperation during a meeting between Chief of Army Staff Field Marshal Asim Munir and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi in Cairo.

The two countries also agreed to enhance cooperation in the maritime and industrial sectors to boost industrial activity and regional trade.
