ISLAMABAD: Bangladesh's Minister of State for Foreign Affairs has commended Pakistan's reconciliatory role for resolving the Iran-US conflict.
Pakistan's Federal Interior and Narcotics Control Minister Mohsin Naqvi held a meeting with Bangladesh's Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Shama Obaid Islam, according to a series of posts shared on X by Pakistan's Ministry of Interior on Sunday.
Detailed exchange of views on bilateral relations, the regional situation, and Pakistan's reconciliatory role were held during the meeting.
Bangladesh's minister of state for foreign affairs commended Pakistan's reconciliatory role for resolving the Iran-US conflict, the posts said.
The two ministers agreed to increase cooperation in the fields of trade, business, and culture.
They also agreed on maximum mutual exchange of delegations to promote trade and cultural relations.
Discussion was also held regarding the visit of Bangladesh's foreign minister to Pakistan.
Naqvi said that there were vast opportunities for investment in Pakistan.
