He said International Nurses Day, designated globally by the International Council of Nurses, also highlights the importance of international cooperation in the medical field. This year, the day is being observed under the theme, &ldquo;Nurses: Our Future. PM Sharif further stated that the strength of the healthcare sector largely depends on a balanced ratio of doctors and nurses. He said the government is committed to improving this ratio across the country and is working with provincial governments and relevant authorities to formulate an effective strategy in this regard.
