CAIRO:&nbsp;Gaza mediators Egypt, Qatar and Turkey said Wednesday that former Palestinian deputy minister Ali Shaath would lead a new technocratic committee tasked with administering post-war Gaza. The mediators in a joint statement described the committee&#39;s creation as &quot;an important development contributing to efforts to consolidate stability and improve humanitarian conditions&quot; in the war-battered Palestinian territory. They added that they hoped its formation would &quot;pave the way for implementing&quot; the second phase of the US-brokered ceasefire agreement.
